Shipping Policy

  1. Standard Sea Freight (Free Shipping)

    All orders default to sea freight delivery with complimentary shipping with no extra shipping fees within our covered delivery regions. Sea freight transit time is around 25–40 business days for customized made-to-measure blinds & shades.
  2. Expedited Air Freight (Optional Extra Charge)

    If you need faster air express delivery, air shipping is available upon customer request at checkout, additional air freight cost shall be borne fully by buyers, exact air surcharge will be displayed during order settlement. Air delivery lead time depends on destination.

In-Stock Items Delivery

Products with available inventory in warehouse will be dispatched promptly after payment confirmation, in-stock goods arrive within 3–7 business days via expedited local last-mile delivery, no waiting for overseas sea shipment schedule.

Order Processing & Supplementary Rules

  1. Custom size custom-made window blinds are non-in-stock items, follow standard sea/air shipping schedule above.
  2. Delivery timeframe is estimated only; unexpected delays from customs inspection, carrier congestion or force majeure are beyond our liability, we will inform buyers proactively once delay occurs.
  3. Tracking number will be sent to customer’s registered email once goods depart warehouse.
  4. Import duties, local tax incurred upon entry to destination country are purchaser’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
