Return & Exchange Policy

1. All non-defective finished goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders caused by personal preference, wrong size selection, improper installation or other non-quality-related reasons.
2. All custom-made blinds are specially produced per your personal measurements and requirements. Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged under any non-quality issues.
3. We only approve returns when products have verified manufacturing defects confirmed by our team.
