Motorized Shades for Large Windows

Large windows need more than an attractive fabric. The shade must suit the finished width and height, the mounting location, and the way you want to control it. SunShieldor offers motorized roller, zebra, cellular, and Roman shades in standard and custom sizes.

Large-window motorized shade FAQ

Do motorized shades require wall wiring?

The motor packages described here are rechargeable. A solar panel is optional on eligible configurations.

Is Zigbee the same as Matter?

No. They are different smart-home connectivity options. Choose the package that matches the smart-home environment you plan to use, or choose the rechargeable remote package for remote-only operation.

Should one very wide window use one shade or multiple shades?

The best configuration depends on the finished opening and installation conditions. For unusually wide openings, contact SunShieldor with the measurements before ordering so the intended configuration can be reviewed.
